• A mobile number cannot be used across multiple accounts
• Transferring your account to a third party is strictly prohibited

You must be at least 18 years old to use Gbajjee. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. We reserve the right to verify your identity at any time through a KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

• It is recommended to use the same payment method for both deposits and withdrawals
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement has been met
• A maximum daily withdrawal limit applies per account
• For suspicious transactions, Gbajjee reserves the right to put payments on hold pending verification

Gbajjee does not charge any commission or fees on transactions. However, your payment provider (Mobile Pay/Nagad) may apply their own charges — this is outside Gbajjee's control.

All bets placed on Gbajjee are final once confirmed and cannot be changed or cancelled — unless Gbajjee initiates the cancellation. Please review the odds and terms carefully before placing any bet.

Gbajjee reserves the right to void bets under the following circumstances:

• If a match or event is cancelled or postponed
• If odds are displayed incorrectly or contain an error
• If evidence of match fixing or corruption is found
• If a technical error causes an issue with bet processing
• If a bet is placed by exploiting a system error

Gbajjee is not liable for unplaced bets due to internet disconnection or technical issues during live betting. The cash out option is not available on all matches or markets and is subject to change based on circumstances.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only
• A deposit must be made within the specified timeframe to qualify for the bonus
• A wagering requirement applies to each bonus (typically between 5x and 30x)
• A maximum bet limit may apply when wagering with bonus funds
• Withdrawing before the wagering requirement is met will result in the bonus being forfeited
• The referral bonus applies only when the referred person makes their first deposit

Bonus abuse — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, using bots, or coordinated betting — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may lead to account closure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Gbajjee platform. If any of these are proven, the account will be permanently closed and the balance forfeited:

• Use of a false identity or fraudulent documents
• Use of bots, automation tools, or hacking software
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Placing bets dishonestly by exploiting system errors
• Harassing or defrauding other users
• Gbajjee's intellectual property may not be used without permission
• Betting using match fixing or insider information

Gbajjee reserves the right to report any of the above violations to the relevant authorities.
